Job Summary:
We are seeking Local Apprentice Scaffolders for our Sites in the Edmonton, Alberta area. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing and dismantling scaffolds required on site.

Responsibilities:
- Utilizes site drawings and written instructions to select materials required to set ground levels for scaffolds
- Installs scaffold tubes, support braces and clamps to form bases for scaffolds
- Lifts and positions sections of scaffolding and connects components together to build scaffolding as per site requirements
- Places planks over horizontal bearers to create platforms
- Monitors levels in scaffolding structures to ensure stability
- Dismantles scaffolding at the completion of a job
- May perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be a Ticketed Scaffolder with a recognized provincial training authority
- Must have experience with swing staging
- Must have experience working in an industrial setting
- Must possess valid CSTS 2020 (Construction Safety Training Systems) certification, WHMIS2015, and Fall Protection,
- Must possess a valid form of government issued photo identification
- Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision

- Applicants must be local the the Edmonton, Alberta area due to the location of these projects
- 5 on 2 8hr/day Monday – Friday (Subject to change for project needs)

We are seeking an experienced Yard Supervisor for our Edmonton Scaffold Yard. The successful candidates will be responsible for the hands on work throughout the yard.

Responsibilities:
- Safe management of company resources
- Conducting inventory counts
- Supervision of warehouse/yard personnel and delegation of tasks
- Ensuring proper maintenance of materials and equipment
- Conducting daily toolbox talks
- Liaison with Operations Coordinator on documentation of material movements
- Counting and Verifying of Shipments and Returns
- Assist with the preparation of scaffold material
- Assist with stocking of the scaffold material
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Assist with loading scaffold material
- Organizing of yard stock
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of scaffolding materials considered an asset
- Valid CSTS2020 (Construction Safety Trains Systems) certificate
- Valid WHMIS2015
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to perform heavy labour
- Must be capable of lifting up to “50” lbs
- Must have zoomboom/forklift experience
- Previous yard foreman experience considered an asset
- Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
Work Conditions

- 5 days on/2 days off shift rotation working 8 hours per day (shift commencing on a Monday)
- Work will be primarily outdoors in all weather conditions
